Hubble Web Installation Packages
Before starting an installation, you should make sure you have all the necessary files to complete it. Make sure that Hubble Customer Services have provided you with the following files:
- Hubble Application Server package - this should be a file named HubbleApplicationServer-<version>.tar.gz (i.e. for JDE Release 34, this would be HubbleApplicationServer- 2016.1.0.34.tar.gz). This will be used to update the Hubble Application Server.
- Hubble Web Server Installer - this should be a file named Hubble_Web_<version>_<ERP>.exe (i.e. for JDE Release 34, this would be Hubble_Web_2016.1.0.34_JDE.exe). This will be used to update the Hubble Web Servers.
- Hubble Suite & Web Reporting Software installer - this will be provided through a windows installer named HubbleSuite(64x)_<version>.<ERP>.msi (i.e. for JDE Release 34, this would be HubbleSuite(64x)_2016.1.0.34.JDE.msi). This is the same software provided through Click Once, so you will not need it if you use Hubble exclusively through Click Once.
Note: If you decide to use direct connection to your ERP, you will not require to deploy Hubble Accelerator.
Version Alignment Overview
Version mismatch across Hubble components causes installation and connectivity failures.
All Hubble components must be aligned to the same ERP and version family for Hubble to install and operate correctly. The Hubble Desktop Client version must match the version of the Hubble Application Server and its repository. Installing a mismatched Hubble Desktop Client (for example, version 26.1.x against a Hubble Application Server running 25.3.x or 25.4.x) causes connectivity and functionality failures.
The following table describes each Hubble component and its role:

Verify that the version string in each installer file name (for example, 26.1.0.x) matches across the Hubble Application Server package, the Hubble Web Server installer, and the Hubble Suite .msi before proceeding with installation.
Note: The Hubble Accelerator is not required for deployments that use a direct connection to the ERP.
Once you have these files, you can proceed with installing the Hubble Application Server.
