The Hub
The Hub page loads immediately after login and serves as the central access point for key features.
Cards Overview
When The Hub opens, two cards are displayed:
Reports
Workspaces
Each card shows the total number of reports or workspaces available in the current profile.
Each card includes three tabs:
Recent: Displays the six most recently accessed reports or workspaces. The most recent item appears first and is shown by default.
My Reports/My Workspaces: Displays the six most recently accessed reports or workspaces created by the user.
Shared with Me: Displays the six most recently accessed reports or workspaces shared by other users. Refer to Sharing Workspaces for more information.
Icons next to report or workspace names indicate access levels:
Locked or Read-Only: Indicates restricted access.
No icon: Indicates full access.
Clicking a report or workspace row opens the corresponding workspace. Refer to Viewing Workspaces for details.
At the top of each card:

View all reports and View all workspaces open the Reports search page and Workspaces Search Page, respectively.

The + New button on the Workspaces card opens the Workspaces area of the Legacy Hub. Refer to Workspace Overview and Creating a Workspace for more information.
Interface Toggle for Workspace View
Above the cards: The Try the new Workspace toggle allows switching between the current and previous user interfaces for workspaces. When enabled, the updated interface is used. When disabled, the earlier interface remains active.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar, available throughout The Hub and other pages, provides quick navigation options:
The Hub: Opens The Hub page.

Home:Displays a dashboard with the following sections:
Alerts
Notifications
Recently Followed items
Statistics
Open Workspaces
Collaboration tools
Workspaces: Opens the workspace search page. Refer to Hub Search Facilities.
Reports: Opens the reports search page. Refer to Hub Search Facilities.

Preference: Opens profile settings where time zone, locale, and language can be configured. Located in the pop-up menu at the bottom-left corner of the interface, directly below the user name.
Note: Workspace Grid settings will be available in version 24.1. Until then, use the Preference setting in the Old Hub to configure workspace grid settings.
Hub Search Facilities
The Hub includes separate search pages for Workspaces and Reports, accessible via sidebar buttons.
Workspaces Search Page
Workspaces are listed under five tabs:

Recent
My Workspaces
Shared With Me
Favorite
The page includes a search bar with the above categories. To search for distributions or alerts associated with a workspace, enter part of the name. Use the * character to list all distributions, alerts, or workspaces in a category.
Click a workspace to open it. Refer to Viewing Workspaces for more details.
Reports Search Page
Reports are listed under four menu options in the left-hand panel:

Recent
Shared With Me
Favorite
The main panel includes a search bar with the same categories. Users can search for charts, metrics, and grid reports by entering part of the report name. Use the * character to list all items in a category.
Click a report, chart, or metric to open it. Refer to Viewing Reports and Charts for more information.
Folder Structure Navigation
Reports can be located using the folder structure. This method eliminates the need to remember specific report names or browse all reports.
To use this feature:
Expand the folder structure in the left-hand panel under Folders.
Highlight a folder to list its reports in the right-hand panel.
Click the desired report to open it.
A search bar under Folders allows searching for specific folders.
Lineos
The existing AI Assistant feature has been rebranded as Lineos and is integrated into Hubble Web. Lineos provides AI-powered documentation support.
Accessing Lineos
To access Lineos:

Locate the Lineos AI Assistant icon at the bottom right corner of The Hub page in Hubble Web.

Click the icon to open the chatbot.
Using Lineos
To use Lineos:

Type a question into the textbox and click Enter.

Lineos provides a tailored response based on the documentation and support knowledge base.

Select related help articles under References for more information.
Resize and move the panel as needed.
The existing AI Assistant feature has been rebranded to Lineos and is seamlessly integrated into Hubble Web, offering users an AI-powered documentation service.
Note: To utilize this feature, you must upgrade to Hubble 24.4.
