Sign in to Hubble as a Standard User

There are two ways of logging in to Hubble as a standard user:

• Using your Hubble ID and selecting the Hubble profile you want to be logged in.
• Using single sign-on, if this has been configured.

Sign in using Hubble ID

1. To log in using your Hubble ID and select a Hubble profile, enter your Hubble user name and password.

2. If you want Hubble to remember these details, tick the Remember me checkbox.

3. Click Sign Into pick a profile.

   

4. The profiles associated with the login are then fetched and listed in the Profile field.

   

   

5. The user can then select the required profile and click Sign In with the selected profile.

Single Sign-On

1. If the Single Sign-On facility has been configured, you can log in using your Single Sign-On ID (your Windows login).

2. Click the Single Sign-On button to begin the process.

3. A separate login page will open in your browser. The appearance of this page will depend on which Single Sign-On provider you are using.

4. Enter your credentials on this page to complete the login.

Configure Hubble Platform Web access

To use Hubble Platform Web, you must:

1. Register your application

2. Update the application redirect key in the configuration

Sign In To Hubble as a Platform User

1. Access Hubble using one of these methods:

   • Direct URL: Enter the Hubble Platform URL provided by insightsoftware Support in your browser.

   • Platform Launch: Navigate to the insightsoftware Platform site and click the Launch button for Hubble .

     

2. Enter your email address when prompted.

   

3. After successful authentication, the profile selection window appears.

4. Select your profile from the Select Profile dropdown.

   

5. Select Log In.
