The following items need to be requested before starting the upgrade:

Upgrade License Key: This will be a temporary license key for testing purposes. Create a support ticket to obtain this, if needed. Inform support of the approximate testing duration so they can update the expiration date accordingly.
Hubble Desktop Software: This file will be provided through a Windows installer (MSI). Create a support ticket to obtain this, if needed.
